Datalogic Heron D130

Hello we are using a Heron D130 barcode scanner and on some pc's using win 7 32 bit we get a message saying THE PORT 17 DOES NOT EXIST or sometimes it says comport 17 cannot be found can you a dvise what the problem is.W e either have to unplug the USB cable then plug it back in or disable the scanner then enable it in DM.This is happening.
