What it does it largely down to you; I use it to get recommendations on music that I might enjoy. I like the fact that I don't have to do anything in order for it to know what I listen to, I just keep listening to music using iTunes and my iPod/Phone and it silently builds up a profile in the background. It also needs to have radio-like qualities - ie. The streaming isn't just of the band I picked as an initial keyword, it needs to work its way around the genre and related genres a little to maintain interest.
